How do I prepare for a coaching session ?

The easiest way is to send in advance a copy of the scenario you wish to practice. This should include at least the customer/client information and the goal of the sales call. You may also include any history of the relationship you might want us to know to play the role more effectively.

What types of things are covered in the feedback?

Literally everything which may impact the effectiveness of your sales presentation, from the first greeting to any mannerisms, distractions, style issues,  ineffective or wasted approaches--everything. We'll even tell you when you "unsell" the deal if that's the case.  Our experience shows that if you don't maintain the prospect's interest consistently, your chances of success diminish rapidly. Our goal is to help you make your call a success.
